- Most owners say no. Our maths assumes one yes in every 20 pitches.
- Do not scrape Google Maps. Its terms ban mass downloads and building mailing lists from it.
- Vercel’s free plan is personal use only. Host client sites on Cloudflare Pages, whose free plan allows client work.
- Sales emails have rules. In the US each one needs your postal address and an opt-out you honour within 10 business days.
